岗位职责:
-代表CISCO公司,在线为目标客户群提供全线网络产品以及相关解决方案;
-在线进行客户维护以及完成B2B的直销;
-在线独立完成管辖范围内的销售任务,达到销售指标;
-保存和管理客户的资料和信息,有效和客户沟通,建立长期稳定和合作关系;
-配合CISCO外阜销售人员,相互协作,共同寻找销售机会、制定销售计划、进行销售预测,完成指定区域内双方共同的销售目标
-在销售过程中,向客户提供技术方案、产品咨询、报价等相关信息。
岗位要求:
-大专及以上学历,
-IT专业或IT行业工作背景,2-4年销售经验;
-熟悉网络产品知识和解决方案;
-熟悉CISCO网络产品知识优先;
-出色的电话沟通技巧和谈判能力;
-热爱电话销售工作,态度积极主动;
-适应压力下工作,能够有效地进行自我调节和自我激励;
-良好的时间管理技能和组织协调能力;
-能独立处理和完成整个管辖范围内的销售业务;
-良好的英文听力和书面表达能力。

Responsibilities:
Build and drive a team of call centers Customer Service Representatives achieve the key of objectives and defined service standards.
- To provide supervision, coaching support and assistance to customer service representatives ensuring personal and organizational goals are met.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by driving team members to work towards a common goal jointly.
- Develop retention programs by helping agents create career plans, addressing individual concerns, and maintaining a friendly working environment.
- Coordinate the resolution of operational issues to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in an inbound customer service call center.
- Strong customer service orientation, proven leadership skills in team management.
- Excellent English speaking and writing communication skills, fluent Japanese prefer
- Strong inter-personal skills, coaching / mentoring skills
- Strong problem solving skills, excellent time management skills
