New Positions available:

Project Manager

Responsibility:
- Act as primary contact point with multi-national key account clients
- Coordinate client expectations and all aspects of internal supporting functions including call center operations, System support, Human Resources, training, etc.
- Lead kick-off meetings of new programs, work on program schedules and review on program status to ensure successful launch of the project
- Define project success factors for each project and work with call center operations to achieve customer expectations
- Provide on-going client service for the program and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
